If you are trying to find what package provides a command, for example the “htop”. Then the yum package manager used by Linux flavours CentOS/RedHat/Fedora can help you with this.
One way it can be found is to use the whatprovides parameter. For example
$ sudo yum whatprovides htop htop-1.0.3-3.el7.x86_64 : Interactive process viewer Repo : epel
If this doesn’t help another option may be to try the “search” parameter which
$ sudo yum search htop ======= N/S matched: htop========== apachetop.x86_64 : A top-like display of Apache logs atop.x86_64 : An advanced interactive monitor to view the load on system and process level htop.x86_64 : Interactive process viewer
